AC Installation in Des Plaines, IL
When it's time for a new air conditioning system in your Des Plaines home, professional installation makes all the difference. We help you choose the right energy-efficient system for your space and install it to manufacturer specifications — so your new AC delivers reliable, even cooling for years to come.
What Professional AC Installation Involves
A proper AC installation is more than swapping out an old unit. We start with a thorough assessment of your home's cooling load, ductwork, and insulation to recommend a system sized correctly for your space. An oversized unit short-cycles and never dehumidifies; an undersized one runs constantly and still can't keep up. Getting the sizing right is the foundation of comfort and efficiency.
Once you've chosen your system, our certified technicians handle every detail of the installation — from removing your old equipment and updating electrical connections to securing the condenser, installing the indoor coil, charging the refrigerant to spec, and testing airflow and performance across every room. We seal connections, verify thermostat operation, and walk you through your new system before we leave, so you know exactly how to get the most out of it.
