Only what you choose to share with us, and only so we can help you:

• Estimate and contact forms. Your name, phone number, email address, and message, plus your zip code (estimate form) or preferred date (contact form) and the service you need. We use these to reply to your request and schedule service.
• Scheduling. Details you provide when booking through the Schedule Service window are used to arrange and prepare for your appointment.
• Chat assistant. Messages you type into the Aero chat widget are processed by an automated assistant so it can answer questions about our services and scheduling.
• Phone calls. When you call us, we use the contact details you share to answer your questions and set up service.
• Team sign-in. Our team members sign in to a private admin area (some using Google sign-in) to manage website content. This is separate from customer inquiries.

Your information is used to reply to your request, schedule and perform the service you asked for, and keep a record of your inquiry. It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We rely on a small number of providers that process information on our behalf: the platform that hosts this website and stores your form submissions, the email and calendar services our team uses to receive and schedule your requests, and the AI provider that powers the chat assistant. They only receive what is needed to handle your request.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your own browser may store small preferences, such as display settings, locally on your device.
